"O Mundo Mágico do Corpo Humano", freely translated to English as "The Magical World of the Human Body", is a children's TV show focused on health and wellbeing. The stop-motion aesthetic created in After Effects captivated me from the very beginning.
I had the opportunity to work as an animator on five out of seven episodes of the series.
The video above showcases the scenes I animated, with the exception of the one indicated.
Behind the scenes
By using time remapping of multiple stills, loop expressions, and posterize time effect we were able to mimic the stop motion technique in After Effects. In some cases, we also used the puppet tool to exaggerate movements.
